In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. Please call our office to find out what options may be available to you.

Dental Insurance

Dr. Herring only participates with Delta Dental. We are “out of network” will all other insurance companies. Although we participate with Delta Dental, other insurance companies often consider our fees allowable and pay as though we are in network. After your consult, a pre-treatment estimate can be submitted to your dental insurance company.

We will submit your claim to your dental insurance company. All benefits are subject to the subscriber’s plan and eligibility. Payments are determined by your insurance company’s allowable fee.

Please let us know if you would like a pre-authorization claim submitted.

Payment options:

• Cash, Personal Check or Money Order
• Visa, MC, Discover & American Express
• We do not accept Care Credit as a form of payment.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service. 

If you have dental insurance, a partial payment (20% of the root canal fee) is due when your root canal is started. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.

Please Note: Our office only files dental claims.

If your treatment is the result of an accident, it should be filed with your medical insurance. We require payment at the time of service and will give you the necessary documentation to submit to your medical insurance.
